#MoisturizingSoup# Exclusive Shrimp and Shredded Radish Soup
A clean-tasting soup of shredded white radish and marinated shrimp simmered in a light ginger broth, delicate, sweet, and ideal for cutting richness.
Instructions
- 1

Peel and wash the white radish, wash the cilantro, and for the shrimp, I used frozen shrimp that had been thawed in advance. You can also use fresh shrimp; just remove the heads, shells, and devein them.
- 2

Shred the white radish and set aside.
- 3

Coriander is cut into small sections, ginger is minced, and shrimp is mixed with a little salt and pepper, then marinated for 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
- 4

Add water to the pot and put in the minced garlic, then bring it to a boil.
- 5

After the water boils, add the shredded radish and cook for 1-2 minutes, then remove the scum. No need to cover the pot, so that the unpleasant smell of the radish can dissipate.
- 6

After the shrimp turns color, add salt to season and turn off the heat.
- 7

Add sesame oil and cilantro, mix evenly, and it’s ready to eat.
- 8

After eating too many heavily flavored meals, try this stomach-friendly, digestive, light, and nutritious shrimp and radish soup.
