A steamed glutinous rice sheet is spread with sweetened red bean paste, rolled up, and generously dusted with toasted soybean flour, the classic Northeastern Chinese sweet known as ludagun.
Instructions
- 1

First, prepare these three things: glutinous rice flour, soybean flour, and red bean paste filling.
- 2

Dilute with water 1:1 and stir first. Then after it dries, add a little water and stir into a paste. If there are lumps, pinch them with your hands, pinch them.
- 3

Don't make it too watery. Add some soybean oil. The 'Donkey Rolls' are hard.
- 4

After stirring, it roughly looks like a straight line.
