Nutritious Codonopsis and Lamb Soup
Lamb slices are blanched and simmered with codonopsis root, red dates, goji berries, and ginger into a warming, gently sweet tonic soup.
Instructions
- 1

Ingredients: 300 grams of lamb, 15 grams of codonopsis root, 10 red dates, 30 grams of goji berries, 1 piece of fresh ginger, an appropriate amount of salt.
- 2

Brush off the mud and sand on the surface of the codonopsis root clean.
- 3

Wash off the surface dust of the red dates and set aside.
- 4

Wash the mutton and cut it into large pieces.
- 5

Put it into the pot, add a piece of smashed ginger, pour in an appropriate amount of water, place it on the stove, and bring it to a boil over high heat.
- 6

As the water temperature rises, blood foam gradually floats to the surface.
- 7

After all the blood foam has come out, take out the lamb.
- 8

Place it into the stew pot.
- 9

Add codonopsis, red dates, goji berries, and slices of fresh ginger.
- 10

Add an appropriate amount of water and put it into the electric stew pot.
- 11

Add an appropriate amount of water to the electric stew pot, making sure to maintain the water level.
- 12

Put the lid on.
- 13

Plug in the power, select the stew function, and start.
- 14

When the stewing is finished, the electric stew pot automatically switches to the keep-warm function.
- 15

Turn off the power, unplug, remove the stew pot, add salt to season, and eat.
