Old-fashioned flourless cake
A homemade recipe for Old-fashioned flourless cake, combining flour, sugar and egg; baked until light, fluffy and golden. Follow the steps for the best results.
Instructions
- 1

A waterless basin.
- 2

Add sugar to the eggs, a few drops of lemon juice, or a few drops of white vinegar to remove the eggy smell.
- 3

Whip at high speed until it turns pale, then switch to low speed.
- 4

Whip at low speed until patterns form that do not easily disappear.
- 5

Sift in the cake flour, fold it in from top to bottom until there are no lumps. Be careful not to stir.
- 6

Pour it into the mold. I used paper liners, which make it easy to unmold.
- 7

Up 180, down 150, 25 minutes, can be adjusted appropriately.
