Add orange juice until the batter reaches a pudding-like consistency, then stop adding orange juice.

Put the batter into a piping bag and evenly pipe it into the mold.

Preheat the oven to 170℃, bake for 30-35 minutes, and insert a chopstick or toothpick; if no batter sticks to it, it's done. Remove it and unmold.

Next, we make the sugar syrup. Use 15 grams of granulated sugar and 30 grams of water. Boil, then add the remaining orange juice as desired or 5 grams of rum. After boiling for another 30 seconds, pour it out and set aside.

After unmolding the cake, evenly brush the syrup on all four sides of the cake, allowing all the liquid to slowly soak in.

After the cake has cooled, wrap it in a layer of plastic wrap and refrigerate for half a day; it will taste even better afterward.
