Instructions
- 1

Ingredients: 140g low-gluten flour, 20g corn starch, 4g aluminum-free baking powder, 100g beaten eggs, 50g water, 60g milk, 60g granulated sugar, 60g corn oil.
- 2

Put the eggs and fine granulated sugar into a large bowl, and use an electric mixer to beat until the color turns white and the volume expands.

Add the milk, water, and corn oil one by one, beating with a whisk until each liquid is fully incorporated before adding the next.
- 4

Sift the low-gluten flour, cornstarch, and baking powder into the egg mixture.

- 7

Close the lid and immediately flip the egg waffle maker.
- 8

Heat for a few minutes, open the lid, the color is golden yellow.
- 9

Remove from the pot and place on a rack to cool until warm before eating.
