Instructions
- 1

20 grams of osmanthus honey and 80 grams of water, boiled for 1 minute.
- 2

Prepare 150 grams of cassava starch, and pour boiling water in while it's hot. Be careful to stir as you pour.
- 3

Stir until everything becomes small granules, then knead it into a dough by hand while hot.
- 4

Note: Be sure to knead while it's hot; once it cools down, it becomes difficult to knead.
- 5

Then knead it into a long strip.
- 6

Cut into equal-sized small pieces.
- 7

Then roll it into a ball and flatten it. Note: It's best to make them a bit smaller, they will be very elastic; if too big, they will be hard to chew.
- 8

Boil a pot of water and put the dough in.
- 9

After it floats, simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
- 10

Rinse with cold water.
- 11

Add an appropriate amount of osmanthus honey to an appropriate amount of water.
- 12

Add the adazi. Note: Adjust the sweetness to taste.
