Fill the lotus root with glutinous rice and secure it with toothpicks. Dissolve white sugar and brown sugar in water according to taste. Put the lotus root into a pressure cooker, pour in the sugar water until it covers the lotus root, and add two red dates. After the pressure cooker reaches pressure, simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
