Oxtail Soup
A clear, collagen-rich oxtail broth slowly simmered after long soaking to purge blood, finished with salt and small celery, served with a ginger-soy dipping sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Cut the oxtail into sections and put it in cold water to soak out the blood from the oxtail bones.
- 2
You need to change the water three or four times to completely remove the blood. Put it into the rice cooker, add water, and set it to the soup mode. When it's done, add a little salt and put the chopped small celery in.
- 3

Served oxtail soup, topped with minced ginger and light soy sauce. Dip the oxtail pieces into the ginger sauce—the taste is amazing! Highly nutritious, strengthens the body and bones, suitable for the whole family.

Finally, pour the ginger juice that has been dipped with oxtail bones into the soup, then add rice 🍚; it has a unique flavor.
