Painting on bread, a culinary artwork baked in the oven~Focaccia bread
Painting on bread brings high-gluten flour, water and yeast together and is baked until golden and fragrant. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2

Put the flour, yeast, salt, and 30 grams of olive oil into the dough maker, add 215 milliliters of water, and knead into a dough that can form a film.
- 3

Take out the dough and knead it until smooth, then place it in the oven and select the 'fermentation' setting at 35°C for 60 minutes. This oven is multifunctional and comes with a low-temperature fermentation feature, with the time adjustable freely between 25 and 60 minutes.
- 4

While the dough is fermenting, clean and prepare the ingredients, and cut them into your preferred shapes.
- 5

Brush olive oil on the baking tray, release the air from the dough, place it in the tray and spread it flat, press indentations with your fingers, and add minced garlic and rosemary
- 6

Arrange the fruits and vegetables in your preferred style, brush the dough with a little water mixed into olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- 7

Preheat the oven, set the upper and lower heating elements to 215°C, and set the time to 18 minutes.
- 8

It really looks so beautiful, a truly beautiful bread painting.
- 9

I really hate to eat it! Crispy and fragrant on the outside when hot.
- 10

Eating it cold has a chewy texture, eating it hot gives off a fragrant aroma, it's super delicious.
