Pan-fried egg on bread slices
A quick breakfast of bread slices with a square cut-out cradling a fried egg, griddled until golden and buttery-crisp outside with a softly set yolk center.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare two slices of bread.
- 2

Brush a thin layer of oil on the electric griddle, and cut a square hole in the middle of the bread slice to put it in.
- 3

Beat two eggs (if you like a salty taste, you can sprinkle a little salt).
- 4

Cover with the freshly cut square slice of bread.
- 5

Pan-fry on both sides with upper and lower heat for a while, and turn over when the color slightly changes.
- 6

Pan-fry until both sides are golden brown and the egg is cooked (if you like a soft-centered fried egg, just flip it and it's ready to serve).
- 7

Finished product picture, golden and fragrant ✌~
- 8

According to personal taste, original flavor, dipped in ketchup, or with strawberry jam all taste great 😊~
- 9

Take another slice of bread and cut it into diagonal pieces.
- 10

Coat with the egg mixture (for those who like a salty taste, you can add a little salt or abalone sauce to the egg mixture for seasoning).
- 11

Brush oil on the electric griddle and put in the bread slices coated with egg mixture.
- 12

Fry until both sides are golden brown.
- 13

Soft, glutinous, and sweet, really appetizing✌~
