Pan-fried potato cakes❗️Can be sweet or savory and are soft and fluffy
Grated potato left unrinsed for starch, bound with egg, flour and scallion, then pan-fried into soft, fluffy cakes that can be served sweet or savory.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the main ingredients: one potato, one egg, two tablespoons of flour, one scallion, and an appropriate amount of mayonnaise.
- 2

Peel the potatoes and grate them (Note: no need to rinse). Chop the green onions and add them in.
- 3

Add two tablespoons of flour (be careful with the amount, just a small spoon used for eating porridge, as shown), white pepper, salt, and an egg.
- 4

Mix evenly, no need to add water.
- 5

Put a little oil in a non-stick pan, then spread the shredded potatoes evenly into it.
- 6

Fry over low heat, turn to the other side once one side is browned, brush a little oil as appropriate, and turn off the heat after both sides are cooked through.
- 7

Cut into eight pieces, place on a plate, and squeeze salad dressing on the surface.
- 8

Pan-fried potato cakes are ready, the potatoes are savory and soft, and the salad dressing is both fragrant and sweet. The combination of Chinese and Western flavors creates an even more wonderful taste—beautiful.
- 9

Easy to make, can be sweet or savory, loved by both adults and children.
