Pan-fried toast slices
Thick toast slices dipped in beaten egg and pan-fried until golden, then stacked with cream, ham rosettes, and fruit for a sweet-savory breakfast treat.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the toast and eggs.
- 2

Cut the toast into slices.
- 3

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them, then put the slices of bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated with the egg.
- 4

Heat oil in a pan, and when the oil is about 40% hot, add the bread slices coated with beaten eggs. Cook over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown.
- 5

Take a slice of bread, spread butter on it, and then cover it with another slice of bread.
- 6

Cut the ham slices in half, roll them into flower shapes. Peel the kiwi, cut it in half, then slice it thinly and arrange into flower shapes. Place the ham flower and kiwi flower on the bread slices, and decorate with blueberries.
