pea flour
Pea starch slurry is stirred into boiling water until translucent, then poured into a bowl to cool and set into a jiggly, slippery jelly ready for salads or sauces.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare a bowl of pea starch (forgot to take a photo of the bowl, it's the same as the bowl used for water below)
- 2

Prepare a bowl of water with the same bowl.
- 3

Pour the water into the pea starch and stir evenly.
- 4

Add 5 more bowls of water to the same pot and cook over low heat.
- 5

When small bubbles appear at the edge of the pot, pour in the starch water and keep stirring with a spatula.
- 6

Stir until somewhat transparent, and prepare a large bowl to pour it into.
- 7

Smooth and let cool.
- 8

You can eat it cold like this, or stir-fry it.
- 9

For a cold dish, add minced garlic, oil, salt, light soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- 10

You can also chop the chives into small pieces and stir-fry them.
