Peach Clafoutis
Easy and satisfying, Peach Clafoutis uses yellow peach, brown sugar and egg and is baked until golden and fragrant. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2

Peel the honey peaches and cut them into pieces, then add brown sugar and mix well to marinate and set aside. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until pale.
- 3

Then add the milk and rum, mix well, and finally pour in the melted butter.
- 4

Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix until evenly combined, then pass the batter through a sieve and set aside.

Line the mold with parchment paper, then pour in the candied peaches, pour in the clafoutis batter, and put it into the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. After baking, let it cool and then refrigerate overnight.

The next day, after demolding, sprinkle an appropriate amount of powdered sugar on the surface, cut into pieces, and serve on a plate.
