Peach Gum and White Fungus Soup
Long-soaked snow fungus and peach gum stew with red dates, dried lily bulbs, and rock sugar into a glossy, gelatinous dessert soup with a delicate, clean sweetness.
Instructions
- 1

First, prepare the ingredients: half a white fungus, an appropriate amount of peach gum, 7 red dates, 6 dried lily bulbs, an appropriate amount of goji berries, and rock sugar as needed.
- 2

Soak the peach gum in warm water for 16 hours. After soaking, clean it thoroughly to remove impurities, drain the water, and set aside for later use.
- 3

Cut off the root of the white fungus, tear it into small pieces, clean it thoroughly, and soak it in boiling water for 16 hours. It's best to use a larger bowl and cover it while soaking.
- 4

Remove the pits from the red dates, wash them thoroughly, rinse the dried lilies, rinse the goji berries, and after all are washed, put them on a plate for later use.
- 5

Take a pot without oil, pour in the white fungus along with the soaking water, then add the peach gum, red dates, and dried lily bulbs together.
- 6

Pour in 2000 milliliters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.
- 7

After cooking for a few minutes, open the lid and first check if the white fungus has released its gel. If it hasn't released the gel, continue to simmer on low heat for another 20 minutes. If the gel has formed, you can add rock sugar and then cook for another 20 minutes.
- 8

Boil the rock sugar until completely dissolved, add the goji berries and cook for 1 minute, then turn off the heat, serve in a bowl and enjoy.
- 9

Delicious peach gum and white fungus soup is ready, full of collagen. Beauty-loving babies, hurry up and make it!
