Peach Gum and White Fungus Thick Soup
A glossy dessert soup of peach gum, snow fungus, snow jelly, and saponin rice slow-simmered with pear, jujubes, goji, and rock sugar into a thick, collagen-rich sweet.
Instructions
- 1

Remove the pits from the red dates, prepare the yellow rock sugar (the exact amount depends on personal taste), and wash the red goji berries and set them aside.
- 2

Prepare 1/4 piece of fresh white fungus, wash it, and tear it into small pieces.
- 3

Peach gum should be soaked for more than 4 hours, as long as the impurities can be cleaned. If making sweet soup, the peach gum should be soaked for more than 8 hours.
- 4

Snow swallow and soapberry should also be soaked for more than 4 hours.
- 5

Prepare a Dangshan pear
- 6

Peel and core the Dangshan pear, then cut it into small pieces and set aside.
- 7

Add these ingredients to the soy milk maker and fill with water to the midpoint between the high and low water level lines.
- 8

You can use either the rice cereal mode or the thick soup mode.
- 9

The fragrant and sweet beauty-rich soup is ready.
