Pear syrup lollipop that moistens the lungs and stops coughing
Pear syrup lollipops made by slow-reducing fresh pear juice with rock and malt sugar into a thick, glossy candy, a soothing traditional remedy for coughs.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare all the ingredients and wash the pear with salt water.
- 2

Peel the pear and cut it into pieces.
- 3

Put the chopped pear into a blender to make juice, then strain the pear pulp using a sieve.
- 4

Put the filtered pear juice and rock sugar together into a non-stick pan.
- 5

Add the maltose again.
- 6

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about an hour.
- 7

During the simmering process, stir occasionally. When it becomes thick and the liquid clings to the spoon without easily flowing, you can turn off the heat.
- 8

Pour into the mold.
- 9

The small molds were used up, so we made do with ice cream molds. Recently, the temperatures have all been below zero, so leaving them outside for a few hours caused them to solidify.
- 10

Once wrapped in packaging, it instantly looked high-end, and the kids enjoyed eating it thoroughly.
