Pickled Chili Spicy and Sour Radish Strips

Pickled Chili Spicy and Sour Radish Strips

Radish strips sit overnight with pickled chilies, sugar, and vinegar. By the next day they have turned tangy, sweet, and sharply appetizing.

Instructions

  1. 1

It’s best to use a white radish. This one I have is a green radish, peeled and cut into strips.

Put the cut radish in the container.

  3. 3

Prepare a generation of pickled peppers and three spoonfuls of sugar (the size of the spoon as shown in the picture)

  4. 4

Add the pickled chili peppers to the radish, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, and mix well.

Cover it and marinate in a cool place until flavorful; it can usually be eaten the next day.
