Pickled Cowpea Sandwich
Diced pickled and fresh cowpeas are stir-fried with seasoned pork and tucked into steamed flatbread. The contrast of sour vegetables and savory meat makes it addictive.
Instructions
- 1
The fresh cowpeas in the green bowl and the pickled cowpeas in the yellow bowl are both cut into small pieces, in a ratio of 6:4. The lean meat is cut into cubes and mixed with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and cornstarch slurry, then set aside.
- 2
Packaged sandwich bread (you can also make it yourself), ginger and garlic minced, red pepper chopped into pieces.
- 3
Steam the stuffed bun first.
- 4
Heat the pan without oil, then add minced ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 5
Add the diced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.
- 6
Add fresh yardlong beans and stir-fry.
- 7
Pour in the diced red peppers, add salt and light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
- 8
Pour in the pickled cowpea and stir-fry quickly, add a little water, and add chicken bouillon when removing from the heat.
- 9
Using steamed buns to sandwich sour, fragrant, and crunchy vegetables is really satisfying!
