Pickled sour radish
Air-dried radish slices and chilies settle into a water-sealed crock with cool boiled brine, slowly turning sour and crisp as the days pass.
Instructions
- 1

Buy radishes, chili peppers, etc., wash them, slice them, and dry the moisture for later use! Also, wash the glass jar and dry it!
- 2

Air it out for half a day, and it should be about right. Drying it a bit more will make it even crisper and more refreshing!
- 3

Put all the radishes into the jar! After adding salt, pour in cool boiled water until the radishes are submerged, then put on the lid! Waterproof the edges to prevent air leaks!
- 4
You can eat it in a few days! If the weather is hot, about a week; if it's cold, about half a month! After eating, put in whatever you want to pickle next! Making it yourself is clean and hygienic, so you can eat it with peace of mind.
