Pickled sweet and sour crispy white radish
Guided by chopsticks, a knife scores the radish into springy accordion folds that stretch without breaking and drink deep of the sweet-sour marinade.
Instructions
- 1

Peel and wash the white radish. The picture shows half of it after a horizontal cut.
- 2

Then cut along the vertical direction, dividing it into four.
- 3

Cut the straw raincoat. Place a chopstick on each side, and with the knife perpendicular to the chopsticks and the cutting board, slice down about 2 millimeters, from top to bottom.
- 4

The appearance after cutting one side.
- 5

Flip the white radish over and continue placing chopsticks on both sides. Hold the knife vertically on the cutting board, and cut 2-millimeter-thick slices at a 45-degree angle to the chopsticks, from start to finish.
- 6

The appearance after cutting the second side.
- 7

Just a gentle pull, and it's like this. Raincoat.
- 8

Add to the bowl, add salt. Mix slightly. Marinate for half an hour.
- 9

After marinating for half an hour, a lot of water will come out, as shown in the picture. Pour out all the water that comes out.
- 10

Add sugar, white vinegar, and MSG
- 11

Mix evenly and continue marinating for another half hour.
- 12

After marinating for an hour, it's done—sweet, sour, and crispy. Come and give it a try~
