Instructions

  1. 1
    Step image

Heat the butter over low heat until it forms dense little bubbles, then remove from heat and let it cool.

  2. 2

Add honey to the egg white and mix evenly with white sugar.

  3. 3

    Mix the powders evenly.

  4. 4

Sift the flour and add it to the egg whites.

  5. 5
    Step image

Stir until it becomes a batter without dry flour.

Stir the pistachio paste into the butter until well combined. My paste is relatively dry, using OSA's. If using another type that is more liquid, you can add it directly to the batter.

Add pistachio jam and butter to the batter and mix well.

  8. 8
    Step image

Put the batter into a piping bag and chill in the refrigerator for one hour.

  9. 9
    Step image

    Brush the mold with butter.

  10. 10
    Step image

Squeeze in the batter and place pistachio nuts on top.

  11. 11
    Step image

Set the upper and lower heat, middle-lower layer, bake for 12 minutes.

  12. 12
    Step image

After baking, tap it to release the heat, then unmold immediately.

  13. 13
    Step image

Let it cool on the rack.
