Pork Bone and Corn Soup
A milky, hearty soup of blood-soaked leg bones slow-simmered for hours with sweet corn, careful blanching and skimming ensuring a clean, collagen-rich, naturally sweet broth.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients, and soak the bones in clean water for four hours to draw out the blood.
- 2

Soak to remove blood and rinse with clean water.
- 3

Place in cold water and heat over low heat to blanch and remove the fishy smell.
- 4

After the water boils, skim off the foam and take it out.
- 5

Then wash it clean with warm water, and be sure to wash it thoroughly.
- 6

Use another pot to boil water, and when the water is warm, add the bones along with the green onions and ginger.
- 7

Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
- 8

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2-3 hours.
- 9

The ginger slices should also be picked out.
- 11

Add some corn, or other ingredients such as yam, lotus root, and winter melon.
- 12

Add some salt and white pepper.
- 13

Sprinkle some goji berries and then boil on high heat for 20 minutes, the corn will be cooked.

Delicious bone soup.
