A playful rice roll layered with savory pork floss and separate sheets of fried egg white and yolk, pressed and rolled into a tidy two-tone lunchbox snack.

Spread the rice out like this.

Spread meat floss and eggs evenly over the rice.

Spread the egg white.

When making the rice stick together the parts that do not stick.
