Pork rib soup
A hearty pressure-cooked rib soup where marinated pork ribs are blanched clean, then simmered until the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender and the broth turns deep, savory and rich.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the ribs and drain the water, add cooking wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, minced ginger, and a little salt, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
- 2

Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add the marinated ribs, bring to a boil to blanch them, with the purpose of removing the blood foam and the ribs' fishy smell.
- 3

Take out the ribs and rinse them clean in clear water, then put them into a pressure cooker.
- 4

Then add an appropriate amount of water, generally just enough to cover the ribs. At this point, nothing else needs to be added; just cook until done.
- 5

Time's up, the ribs are cooked, the meat is tender and soft, very fragrant.
- 6

Remove the bad parts of the bok choy, wash it clean, and blanch it.
- 7

Take an appropriate amount of bok choy and chop it finely. Since it is for children, it is better to chop it more finely.
- 8

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, and when the oil is hot, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 9

Add the ribs and stir-fry them briefly.
- 10

Next, add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry until fragrant, then add an appropriate amount of pork rib soup, bring it to a boil, season to taste, and it's ready to serve.
