Pork Wonton
Generous wontons filled with hand-chopped pork shoulder and scallion, boiled in a lightly seasoned broth for a hearty, tender, savory bowl.
Instructions
- 1
Chop the pork shoulder finely with a knife, cut the scallions into suitable minced pieces, then add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and pepper, and mix well to set aside.
- 2
Use a chopstick to pick up an appropriate amount of minced meat, then roll it up together with the chopstick, pinch the two ends and push them toward the center, and pull out the chopstick to finish wrapping a wonton.
- 3
Add an appropriate amount of salt and oil to clear water. After the water boils, put the wontons in one by one and cook until the meat is done, then remove them.
- 4
If you have broth, just put it directly into the soup, and sprinkling the right amount of pepper is the key to deliciousness. You can blanch some vegetables you like, and add cilantro or chopped green onions if you like.
