Potato Pearl Meatballs Exclusive
Steamed pork meatballs mixed with finely diced potato and rolled in glutinous rice, yielding a pearly exterior and a moist, tender bite.
Instructions
- 1

Finely chop the tenderloin, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced ginger, and cornstarch slurry, then mix well.
- 2

Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 3

Mix the potatoes into the ground meat evenly.
- 4

Soak the glutinous rice in water for more than 4 hours in advance (this is soaked black rice; there isn't enough black rice juice, so the color isn't very dark).
- 5

Take an appropriate amount of minced meat and roll it into a ball by tossing it back and forth with your hands, then roll it in glutinous rice until evenly coated.
- 6

Place the prepared pearl meatballs in the steamer basket (lined with corn leaves).
- 7

Steam over medium heat for 25 minutes (adjust the time according to the size of the meatballs).
- 8

Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Meatballs with added potatoes have a richer texture, tender and juicy, soft and smooth.
