Pumpkin Balls
Pumpkin puree kneaded with glutinous rice flour into soft balls, rolled in breadcrumbs and gently fried until the crust turns crisp while the interior stays sweet, tender and chewy.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the pumpkin into slices - steam until cooked - mash into puree - add 3 tablespoons of sugar. Pumpkin has its own moisture, no need to add water.
- 2

Then add glutinous rice flour twice the amount of pumpkin puree and knead into a smooth dough.
- 3

Take small pieces, roll them into balls, and coat with bread crumbs.
- 4

Heat the oil and put it in the pan to fry. Use low heat, otherwise it will burn. Turn it over halfway through.
- 5

Take it out; the outside is crispy, and the inside is soft and glutinous. Super delicious.
