Instructions
- 1

Wash the red beans clean and soak them in cold water for 5 hours.

Add enough water to the inner pot of the rice cooker, place it in the rice cooker, bring it to a boil, then add the red beans and continue cooking.
- 3

Add rock sugar after a few minutes and continue simmering. Cook until the red beans are soft and tender.
- 4

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, wash it clean, cut it into slices, place them in a microwave-safe container, cover it, and cook it in the microwave until done.
- 5

After cooking thoroughly, take it out and mash it while hot.
- 6

Add glutinous rice flour, then add white sugar and an appropriate amount of water.
- 7

Knead the pumpkin and glutinous rice dough.
- 8

Take one-third of the dough, put it into boiling water, and cook until it floats, then remove it.
- 9

Then mix with the uncooked pumpkin glutinous rice dough, knead into a dough, divide the dough into small portions, and then shape them into balls.
