Purple Sweet Potato Flower Steamed Bun Exclusive
Blooming purple sweet potato steamed buns: violet and white doughs swirled so they split open like flowers while steaming, mildly sweet, fluffy and stunningly two-toned.
Instructions
- 1

Peel the purple sweet potato, slice it, and steam until cooked.
- 2

Add an appropriate amount of water and mash into purple sweet potato puree.
- 3

Mix flour, 5 grams of yeast, 10 grams of sugar, and about 320 grams of purple sweet potato puree into a purple dough.
- 4
