Quail Egg and White Fungus Soup
A sweet nourishing soup of white fungus, pitted red dates, longan and boiled quail eggs gently stewed in a health pot and sweetened with brown sugar and goji berries.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture: 10 dried longans, 2 small pieces of white fungus, 1 serving of quail eggs, 5 red dates, and an appropriate amount of brown sugar and goji berries.
- 2

Wash the red dates and remove the pits, remove the yellow roots from the white fungus and cut it into small pieces, then soak and wash them for later use.
- 3

After washing the longan once, remove the shell and rinse it again for later use.
- 4

Boil the quail eggs and peel them for later use.
- 5

Except for the quail eggs, put all the other ingredients into the health pot and choose the tonic mode to stew.
- 6

When there are about ten minutes left until the cooking is finished, add the quail eggs and continue cooking until the time is up.
- 7

Finally, add brown sugar and goji berries according to personal preference, and it's done.
- 8

Friends who like it can also give it a try; good complexion and sharp eyesight come from drinking it.
