A steamed soup of a hand-formed pork patty and quail eggs in clear water within a bowl, gently cooked for a clean, savory result.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients, chop the pork into minced meat
- 2

Mix the minced meat with starch and egg until well combined, then add a little water and stir in one direction until it becomes elastic.
- 3

Fill the bowl with water (about 70% full)
- 4

Use your hands to pat the minced meat into slightly round meat patties
- 5

Gently place the meat patty into a bowl of water
- 6

Crack in a few quail eggs
- 7

Place in an electric pressure cooker and steam over water until cooked (30 minutes)
- 8

After the time is up, add a little salt and chicken essence to season (you can also skip the salt, it’s quite flavorful on its own).
