Quick Sandwich
A quick five-minute sandwich stacking crisp lettuce, golden fried egg and pan-seared ham between soft toast, offering a fresh, creamy and satisfying breakfast.
Instructions
- 1

First, prepare the necessary ingredients. For the lettuce, choose this purple-green type as it has better taste and nutrition.
- 2

Put a little oil in the frying pan, and after the oil is hot, crack the eggs in and fry until cooked.
- 3

After frying the eggs, without adding oil, directly put the ham slices into the pan and fry until fragrant.
- 4

Wash the lettuce thoroughly and pat it dry with kitchen paper. Place two slices of toast side by side and put the lettuce on the toast slices.
- 5

Place the fried egg on the lettuce, then squeeze some salad dressing on it.
- 6

Cut the fried ham in half, place it on the eggs, and then squeeze some mayonnaise on top.
- 7

While the ham is still warm, place a slice of cheese on the ham, so the cheese will slowly melt and taste better. Finally, close the toast, and the quick sandwich is ready.
