Radish and Free-Range Chicken Soup
Free-range chicken is pressure-cooked with daikon chunks, shiitake, lily bulbs, and lotus seeds, producing a deep, clean broth with tender meat.
Instructions
- 1
Place the free-range chicken in cold water in a pot. After the water boils, take out the chicken and put it in an electric pressure cooker, adding smashed ginger and sliced shiitake mushrooms.
- 2
Add the cut large pieces of white radish, then add lily bulbs and lotus seeds, and you can start pressure cooking.
- 3
After taking it off the heat, just put salt in the bowl.
