Radish and Goji Berry Crucian Carp Soup
Golden pan-fried crucian carp simmered with shredded white radish and goji berries, producing a milky, sweet broth prized for its gentle, nourishing character.
Instructions
- 1

There is a layer of black membrane inside the crucian carp's belly, which must be scraped off thoroughly! After preparing the fish, you should use a kitchen paper towel to dry the surface of the fish.
- 2

After peeling the radish, cut it into thin strips.
- 3

Prepare a slice of ginger, wipe the bottom of the Dongling multifunctional pot's cooking pot, pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil, heat the pot, and then put the fish in.
- 4

Pan-fry one side until done, then flip it. Fry both sides until golden, then take the fish out and pour out the excess oil from the pan.
- 5

Put the fried fish back into the pot, add hot water, cooking wine, spring onions, and ginger slices.
- 6
Cover the pot with a lid, and after the water boils, reduce to medium-low heat and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
- 7

Add the shredded radish, then cook for about 10 more minutes.
- 8

Add goji berries and cook for two minutes.
- 9

Finally, add salt and sprinkle with chopped green onions, and a bowl of fresh, sweet, and delicious fish soup is ready, and it's very nutritious too.
