Radish and Soybean Soup
An unusual light soup boiling soybeans with daikon and pear peel, producing a thick, subtly sweet broth that is refreshing and suited to dry, changing seasons.
Instructions
- 1

Slice the radish, and soak the soybeans in advance.
- 2

A pear only needs the skin.
- 3

After the soybeans boiled, I saw that some of the broth had already come out.
- 4

First, cook the soybeans, bringing them to a boil over high heat.
- 5

After boiling the soybeans, add the radish peel and pear peel, then continue to cook the remaining ingredients over medium heat.
- 6

It will be ready in about 15-20 minutes. This soup is suitable for this season in moderate amounts; the broth is rich and the taste is sweet.
