Easy and satisfying, Red bean paste bun uses flour, red bean paste and yeast powder and is baked until golden and fragrant.
Instructions
- 1
Put purified water, corn oil, and white sugar into the bread maker; add the flour, and finally add the yeast powder.
- 2
Put the bread pan into the bread machine, start the kneading program, and knead the dough for 30 minutes.
- 3
Form the dough into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment once.
- 4
Ferment until it has more than doubled in size.
- 5
Take out the dough, knead it evenly to release the air, and portion it uniformly.
- 6
Round the dough into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 7
Take a portion of dough and shape it into a disc, then place an appropriate amount of red bean paste filling inside.
- 8
Pinch it tightly like making a steamed bun.
- 9
Place the side with folds facing down, and the dough will form a round shape; repeat the process until all are done.
- 10
Place the raw dough on a baking tray, cover with plastic wrap, and let it undergo secondary fermentation.
- 11
Ferment until it is about twice its original size.
- 12
Oven at 200 degrees. Bake on the middle-lower rack for 20 minutes.
- 13
