Red bean paste cake
Red bean paste cake: flour, white sugar and milk in a few quick steps, baked until light, fluffy and golden. Great for beginners and experienced home cooks alike.
Instructions
- 1

Mix all-purpose flour, white sugar, baking powder, and yeast powder evenly, then add cooking oil.
- 2

Add milk.
- 3

Stir until it forms a flaky texture.
- 4

Knead into a dough by hand, cover, and let it rest for half an hour.
- 5

Divide into evenly sized portions. Roll the red bean paste into separate balls (forgot to take a photo).
- 6

Flatten the dough, wrap it with red bean paste, and then press it flat with a press plate.
- 7

Stamp it with a food seal; it looks very pretty this way!
- 8

The finished product is out of the oven, with a soft and fluffy texture, rich milk flavor, and sweet, fragrant filling.

Red bean paste pancakes, which my family loves the most, are made from my own recipe. This time I substituted water with milk for the dough, and the finished product is so soft and fragrant!
