Red Date Glutinous Rice Dumplings
Sticky rice dumplings of yellow millet flour kneaded with chopped red dates and steamed; fragrant, chestnut-sweet and delightfully chewy when hot.
Instructions
- 1

Remove the pits from the red dates and chop them.
- 2

Add red dates to millet flour, then add boiling water to make a dough.
- 3

Roll into round balls, ignore the shape I made, it's not very standard, and put them in boiling water.
- 4

Bring water to a boil and steam for 20 minutes, then you can eat it. It is fragrant, sweet, and soft, very delicious. It tastes best when eaten hot.
