Smash into a paste.
- 3

Put 200 grams of regular flour and jujube paste together, and first mix them evenly with chopsticks.
- 4

Then use your hands to knead it into a ball.

Wrap with plastic wrap, keep at room temperature around 25°C, and ferment until it doubles in size.
- 9

- 10

Then evenly divide it into 6 parts.
- 11

Flatten each dough ball and shape it into a round, then place it on parchment paper.

Put warm water in the pot.
- 13

Place the steamed buns in for the second fermentation for about 1 hour, until they are 1.5 times larger.
