Refreshing and crisp cold-dressed Huihui vegetable
Wild goosefoot greens are soaked in salt water, briefly blanched and rinsed until clear, then seasoned with a savory mix of sauces and toasted sesame seeds.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the grey vegetable in lightly salted water for 15 minutes, then rinse it clean.
- 2

Pour water into the pot, bring it to a boil, add the Huí Huí vegetable, and use chopsticks to stir and blanch for about 1 minute; the time should not be too long.
- 3

Blanch in cold water, rinse several times until the water becomes clear, then squeeze out the water, but it doesn't need to be too dry. Cut into sections and add minced garlic.
- 4

Add soy sauce, vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, Veggie Fresh, and Sichuan pepper oil.
- 5

Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds and mix well.
- 6

Put it into a small bowl and press it down firmly.
- 7

Turn it upside down onto a plate, and for those who like spicy food, drizzle a few spoons of chili oil. Mom can't eat spicy food, so none was added.
- 8

Refreshing and tasty, with a delicious flavor, it is truly a nutritious and delicious natural green food.
