Refreshing sweet and sour crunchy radish
Crunchy radish slices meet ginger, garlic, and a quick dressing of Korean chili paste, vinegar, and sugar for a sweet, tangy bite that stays crisp.
Instructions
- 1

Half a radish, sliced (if you want to eat it faster, you can cut it thinner) an appropriate amount of ginger and garlic (if you like garlic, you can add more)
- 2

Put the chopped radish together with ginger and garlic into a container
- 3

Put one or two spoons of Korean chili paste, one spoon of white sugar, three spoons of vinegar, an appropriate amount of salt (you can use a bit more salt so the radish releases water and absorbs the flavor easily), and an appropriate amount of MSG, then mix well. Seal the mixed radish and place it in the refrigerator's fresh-keeping layer.
