Rich-flavored Noodle Sauce
Garlic suspended in oil takes a trip through the microwave until golden and dry, delivering a surprisingly intense aroma that anchors this quick noodle topping.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the materials to be used,
- 2

Mix the oil and minced garlic in a bowl, and microwave on high for 3–4 minutes.
- 3

Take it out after 4 minutes to see if it’s cooked properly. Most of the minced garlic has floated up, but the color is still slightly undercooked. The minced garlic isn’t dry enough, has too much moisture, and the aroma isn’t strong.
- 4

Put it back in the oven for 1 more minute, take it out when it turns slightly yellow, it will smell so good.
- 5

First add the chili flakes and stir a bit, then add the soy sauce. This sauce doesn't need any salt because soy sauce is already quite salty.
- 6

Add another spoonful of chicken bouillon and stir evenly.
- 7

Because today's sauce is meant for mixing with noodles, I added a spoonful of ketchup. Firstly, adding ketchup gives the sauce more layers of flavor, and secondly, it makes the sauce thicker, which is better for mixing with noodles.
- 8

Add a spoonful of toasted sesame seeds, then add a spoonful of mixed bean paste, mix everything evenly, and remember to heat it in the microwave for 1 minute.
- 9

Sprinkle with chopped green onions after taking it out of the oven
- 10

Mix well, the color is very tempting! The fragrant noodle sauce is ready.
