Salted Egg Yolk Peach Crisp
Easy and satisfying, Salted Egg Yolk Peach Crisp uses salted egg yolk, egg and corn oil and is baked until golden and fragrant. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.
Instructions
- 1
Steamed salted egg yolk is crushed.
- 2
Strain the egg yolks.
- 3
Add corn oil and mix well.
- 4
After the butter has softened, add the powdered sugar and beat briefly until just combined.
- 5
Add the egg yolk mixture and beat.
- 6
Beat until fluffy and pale.
- 7
After weighing the powder, stir it evenly.
- 8
After sifting the flour, add it to the beaten egg yolk mixture.
- 9
Fold and mix until there is no dry flour. Do not knead, as it easily forms gluten. When folded and pressed until there is no dry flour, it is very easy to form into a dough.
- 10
Roll into portions of 35 grams each.
- 11
Flatten.
- 12
Use the rolling pin to press a hole in the middle.
- 13
Add nuts; I put crushed almonds, but you can also add other crushed nuts or sesame seeds, or you can leave them out.
- 14
Bake in the oven at 180°C with both top and bottom heat for 15 minutes. Check the coloring, and if it is not deep enough, you can bake for another 3 to 5 minutes.
