Sausage and Pork Floss Two-Color Egg Roll
A layered tamagoyaki-style egg roll: seasoned yolk sheets are rolled in stages with pork floss and Chinese sausage, topped with cut-out ham flowers for a playful, savory snack.
Instructions
- 1
The materials are ready.
- 2
First, use a mold to cut the ham slices into flower shapes.
- 3
Separate the yolks and whites of two eggs, add a pinch of salt, and beat them.
- 4
Grease the frying pan (medium-low heat) and gradually pour in the egg yolk mixture. Add some meat floss and sausage on the omelette.
- 5
Once it sets, roll up the yolk cake.
- 6
Then pour the remaining egg yolk mixture in, wait until it sets, and roll it up again.
- 7
After the egg yolk roll is done, place the ham flower slices on top, then cut the green onions into small long strips to make the flower leaves (as shown in the picture).
- 8
Then pour in the egg white mixture and bake until set.
- 9
Just roll it up and you can see the beautiful pattern ✌🏻
- 10
Let it cool slightly before cutting it, and you can see the distinct layers, looks good and tastes great 😋 The kids really love it 🤭
