Sausage Flower Bread

Sausage Flower Bread: high-gluten flour, sugar and salt in a few quick steps, baked until golden and fragrant. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.

Instructions

  1. 1
    Step image

Mix the dough ingredients except for the butter, and after stirring until slightly smooth, add the butter. Then continue mixing until a thin film forms, place it in a container, cover with plastic wrap, and perform the basic fermentation.

  2. 2
    Step image

Dip a finger in flour and poke a hole into the dough. If the hole remains, it indicates that the fermentation is complete.

  3. 3

While the dough is fermenting, cut the sausage into appropriately small pieces and make decorative cuts.

  4. 4
    Step image

Brush a layer of oil on the hamburger mold and sprinkle high-gluten flour to prevent sticking.

  5. 5

Then divide into 6 small portions, roll them into balls, and place them into the molds.

  7. 7
    Step image

Place the sausages in the center to form the heart of the flower, put them on a baking tray, and place them in a warm and humid spot for a second fermentation.

  8. 8
    Step image

Brush the fermented dough with a layer of beaten egg, then squeeze a ring of ketchup and salad dressing on top, respectively.
