Scallion Oil Pancake
Layered pan-fried scallion pancakes rolled with salt, five-spice and oil, griddled until shatteringly crisp outside, chewy and aromatic within.
Instructions

In a bowl of flour, add a little salt, add water, knead into a dough, and let it rest for ten minutes.

Add salt, five-spice powder, oil, and chopped green onions, spread evenly, and sprinkle evenly.
- 4
Roll it up into a roll.
