Sea Salt Butter Caramel Sauce
Sugar cooked to a deep amber meets hot cream in a dramatic rise, finished with salt and butter for a luxuriously silky, sweet-salty caramel.
Instructions
- 1

Put granulated sugar and water into a milk pot, and heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves;
- 2

The color of the sugar is gradually deepening, gently shake the pan to heat it evenly;
- 3

When the sugar starts to turn brown at the edges, add salt;
- 4

The pot began to boil, quickly remove it from the heat;
- 5

Heat the light cream in another saucepan until it just starts to bubble around the edges.
- 6

Pour the heated cream into the caramel, and the pot starts boiling again;
- 7

Stir until the cream and caramel are evenly mixed;
- 8

Let it cool slightly before bottling;
