Seaweed, Ham, and Egg Soup
A quick, family-favorite soup where fragrant tomato base, ham slices and seaweed meet soft egg ribbons, producing a sweet-tangy, umami-rich broth perfect with steamed rice.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients: a small handful of seaweed, two eggs, an appropriate amount of minced green onion, ginger, and garlic, and half a ham.
- 2

Slice the ham and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
- 3

Crack two eggs into a bowl and beat them.
- 4

Heat the oil in the pan.
- 5

Sauté the minced green onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
- 6

Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry; no need to fry until it turns into a red paste.
- 7

Add clear water, add sausages, add salt.
- 8

After the pot boils, gently pour the beaten eggs along the edge of the pot.
- 9

After the egg flower floats up, add the seaweed.
- 10

Turn off the heat after adding chicken bouillon and serve in a soup bowl.
